Why don't you list prices for everything?

Two reasons.
One, this is a fan site not a business. If we list a cheap price we would be obligated to sell at that price to anyone that asked, including the online stores that would grab up on our bargain prices and then sell it for dollars on the dimes.
Two, this is a fan site dedicated to helping fans fill their needs cheaply. That means low overhead is a priori. With a large changing inventory, it would be a full time job to do that much data entry. It is our goal to make a one on one relationship with fellow fans and then, after better understanding their goals and needs, provide and advise to them.

How can I buy things not listed in the inventory?

Ask! This is a fan support site. That means we could offer to get it for you, and we will tell you how/where to find it yourself. Formulate your questions and then ask de man.

Hey! You said you sell at cost so why is this heft on sale for less in Germany?

Shipping. De Warehouse is in the USA. Our cost always includes international shipping from Germany as well as internal shipping within Germany. Per a heft, .30-.40 cents in shipping is better than average. Keep the importation shipping costs in mind.

What do you charge for shipping?

Nine times out of ten, actual shipping charges. Now and then we might need to add a slight charge for materials, but it has been rare in our history and normally there is no charge other than for the shipping rates/insurance/ etc. charges you request. We ship via the Postal Service and will tell you the approximate shipping weight and you can go to http://www.usps.com to determine the rates for different shipping methods to best determine what meets your needs.

What is the condition of things here?

Condition varies. Notify of us of your desires concerning condition and we will take that into account when answering your questions about our prices and inventory. We don't want to send you something you don't like so clear communications between us is a MUST. We are happy to discuss and describe items, send scans, etc. in order to better meet your needs.

What about payment?

We're easy and it's after delivery.
